Vern Hill began its life as a specialist pre and post natal personal training service. It has over time evolved to become a community focused health and fitness provider.
Gym memberships are on the decline. People are beginning to realise that a monthly direct debit to use a gym with poorly motivated staff is not the best way to take control of their health and fitness.
For each client Vern prescribes an entirely bespoke personal training regime, based on a detailed assessment of the individual’s posture, breathing, eating habits, stress levels and overall lifestyle.
